    Day 1.

    Menu:
    11am Caramel shake (taste ok)
    3.30pm Roast dinner (ok, i only had the chicken with salad!)
    snack 2 strawberrys and parma ham
    8.00pm Cafe latte (very artificial)
    snack 2 strawberrys and parma ham (again!)

    4 cups of coffee with semi skimmed milk.
    2 ltrs of water.

    Day one has gone ok - better than I thought. Easier than Lipotrim, cause of the snacks. Shakes taste ok, although a bit artificial and very sweet.

    Planted bits and pieces in my greenhouse/garden. Things have started growing - tomatoes, carrots, rhubarb, raspberry canes and fruit trees have buds on - spring is coming !!

    Day 2. Done !

    Snack. small apple
    Snack. Choc caramel bar
    Snack. Ham, cream cheese
    Lunch. Berry fudge bar
    Snack. 4 Strawberrys
    Tea. Omlete with bacon, mushrooms, onion, tomato and salad.
    Snack. S.Free jelly and teaspoon double cream.

    3 coffees with milk, 3.5 ltrs water.

    Today has gone well. I really enjoyed the bars, although they did give me a bit of a craving, which I had to really fight.

    I had extra snacks to make up for the missed meal.
