New and need advice!!

Hi everyone :) i'm new and joined basically hoping to get a little bit of support, im incredibly unhappy with my weight and I want to find out whether or not slimming world is the way to go??.

It seems such alot of food to still be able to lose weight and I have a very slow metabolism :( ...im reluctant to start the plan incase i gain back the weight ive lost so far from basically just eating rabbit food, but ive even stopped losing doing that.Every diet i try e.g weight watchers seems to work for a couple weeks then i reach a plateau when my body gets used to the eating plan or even gain but ive heard such good things about sw. I just want to know does SW work for everyone?

hi yes its worth giving it a go esp if you tried other diets and they don't work for you. Wot u got to lose? (apart from weight of course)!!:D I tried it a while ago and although it did work for me i found that buying all the healthy food a bit expensive! Good luck tho :jelous:

started it a couple of weeks ago and am surprised at the amount you can eat - its great and the syns allow such great treats

I find the SW so easy (once you get your head around it), But I admit, I follow the original Red /Green days. Good luck Miss Preston

you can speed up your metabolatism by doing weights!

mine used to be very slow, since i started doing weights its gone super fast now

hi hun welcome to minimins s/w is a brilliant plan and totally do-able when u live on rabbit food it gets boring, u miss out on so many food groups and end up giving up because ur hungry, on s/w there is no need to go hungry there is always something you can have to eat. have a look at the food diaries to see how members are doing, good luck x
