hi ther everyone, my first week back on TFR and i have lost 6 pounds, so i'm now into the 12 stone range, well 12, 11 but very pleased, havn't been there for 7 years!!! i'm thinking now of changing to Atkins to lose the last bit as re feed for me seems an impossible task does anybody have any advice?
 
After I do re-feed, I'm planning on following a low-carb, higher protein 'diet' than I had previously been doing. I really think carbs were my downfall, so am going to keep a 'lid' on them and see how I get on maintaining. I'm not a fan of Atkins as it's quite high-fat? But something like south beach or low-gi might suit you?
 
Have to say, low-fat, low-carb is doing it for me......
 
You'd need to refeed before changing to anything else anyway really - if you're going to do it properly. There's nothing hard about it. If I can do it anyone can! x
