Hi there, am heading back to good old calorie counting and exercise!!

Have tried them all, WW, SW, Atkins, Lipotrim, Slimfast, Cabbage soup diet, CD.... and am back to square one again!!!:cry:

Am fed up of the gimicks and the quick weight loss promises and the cost ... jeez if I counted up how much I have spent in the past few years I would definitely cry.. (so would my husband).

So going back to basics, because it is after all the calories I put in my mouth, and the exercise that I do that determines my weight gain/loss!

Any tips would be greatly appreciated......

Hey you should try my fitness pal. It's free and does all the counting for you. Best of all you can add people on here to support you throughout :) I think I would definitely have given up without it!
