    this week i have decided i am going to try something new/different every day to keep things fresh so to speak:)
    today for my breakfast i have had a bowl of melon, banana and a toffee yogurt with an alpen light crunched on top and it was quite nice i usually have toast or cereals.

    does anyone else do this if so what have you had, i get in a rut eating the same things all the time then the bordom sets in and the chocolate comes calling:p
