new plan!

i have a new plan.....

i am going to lose my last stone on the maintenance plan. I have had enough of cravings which drive me insane!

So i have roughly 4 more weeks on LT then i will hit refeed and move onto the maintenance plan :)

I am fed up of not eating! LOL

I am with you there! I am going to go another 4 weeks and then refeed too. I hope to be at target by then as only 13lbs left.

best way in my opinion as i feel it will make it easier to maintain in a sense

I tried that, but found it difficult to lose weight once I started to eat. I then decided to do CD which has an organised plan of re-introducing foods....I then switched to Atkins to finish off. There are no hard and fast rules and as long as we all get there in the end, then thats the idea.

cheers Adam that gives me confidence that i won't screw it up! I think i am more likely to stick to LT with a deadline of 4 weeks rather than 8 :)

I am going to join Slimming World or Weightwatchers - so i will still be on a diet. I need the guidance so i don't go wrong with the food :)
