new scales, new day

my new scales have arrived! brand new and shiny and ready to spur me on to my goal!! so, even though weigh day is wednesday morning, i popped on to see and i've lost 6lbs in the last two weeks!!!! YAAAAY!

had my bar and 2litres so far today, its thanks to the people on here that i woke up positive ready to put my blip behind me.

The most important thing Ive learnt since starting my diet back in May is your going to slip up from time to time... your going to question if its worth all this but you just gotta get up draw a line under it and keep going.

I used to really beat myself up for slipping off plan... I still do to a point but not as bad as I was. I just get frusted and think I could be so much closer to target then I currently am if I had just had more will power but Ive still lost over 40lbs and I WILL get to target
