Hi everyone :)

Well...for the past x2 weeks i've been following Celebrity slim which was horrid. never felt so lethargic,depressed and constipated in my life!

Because I have loads of these shakes/soups and bars left. I'm gunna continue but by following a low fat diet and having 1 shake or soup a day.

This has been my week so far.

Monday
x2 crumpets with butter
x2 lattes skinny
CS Soup beef.
Walkers baked chrisps.
pasta bolagnese
1 french fancy and 1/2 banana

Exercise- 45mins of spin. 1hr of step.

Tuesday
CS Chocolate shake
Tracker bar
1 Latte skinny
Left over pasta bolagnese from last night.
Cottage pie with loads of veggies.
x2 french fancys and red wine (eeek)

Wednesday
x2 crumpets with butter.
1 skinny latte. 1 skinny mocha.
Tuc x2 biscuits
Jacket potato with cheese and coleslaw
1 crumpet with melted cheese, bag of frisps. 4 ginger nut biscuits
1 cup of tea.
Diet coke.

Exercise- Spin 45mins. Body condioning 1hr.

Oh on all days i drink aload of water,sf fizzy drinks. And sf squash

Jeeze I think the past day was like fueling a fire! I ate so much! eeek :(

Thursday
CS bananna shake
skinny latte.
nutrigrain bar strawberry
Tuna pasta salad (shapers boots)
Diet coke.
1 glass of wine and more diet coke.
Plan to have chips and fishcake from chip shop with mushy peas.
