New starter

Well I'm not strictly a new starter, am actually using up some old CD shakes, but will be ordering exante for next week. Had intended to sole source, but for the last 3 days my will power has failed me and I have eaten in the evenings. Joining this forum will hopefully help me to get focused and manage to finish today on the sole source.

Any recommendations / warnings about particular exante flavours?

Also has anyone tried the KeeDiet porridge (could I use it with exante?)

I have no idea about the porridge, sorry.

Everyone likes and dislikes different Exante products!
I love all the shakes (esp vanilla cold with a spoonful of coffee :D) but hate the soups and bars.

Ive tried-
the tomato basil soup - edible with some extra seasoning
chocolate shake - nice with added sweetner
Toffee nut bar - good! and you get to chew it :)

Im happy so far but it is only day 2

I have to say that I haven't not liked anything. Mushroom soup with a bit of fresh basil is yum. The shakes are far better than the LL ones IMV.
