DID I DRINK !!! Oh yes

I was good as I got 2 litre bottles of vodka at the airport to take on my cruise ( cheap scape) so was on vodka and diet coke most of the time but I had a couple of glasses of wine and 4 strobgbows as I wanted a long cool drink as it was just too hot, but made a point of lots of swimming :) x

Evening all, first evening in over a week iv been home after 5.
feel like I'm following my body around all day, like an out of body experience lol

Thanks for the support guys feelin good even my back has managed to stay in good shape even after those 14 hr shifts, it's amazing how losing weigh can help it!

Girls ye must be so excited about you hols, sun sea and sangria lol. Only made it to Dublin for 2 nights but it was a break! Roll on the bikini next yr ;) ok mayb a swim suit I don't think the world is ready to see me in a bikini ha

Jeni yeah weigh in tomorrow!!! Been trying to put some before n after pics up but I keep getting an error message. :-(
Gonna say to chemist I wanna do 2 weeks refeed as scared a week may not be enough to get prepared for eating n drinking on my hol. So hopefully only 4 more weeks Tfr xxx
Hope everyone is ok xx been helping bf n uncle move into new house this evening, I will be moving in at end of month. Very scared tbh as leaving my little flat which has been home for last 7 years but will be moving into a huge 3 bed bungalow xx

Ohh my godd sun!! Wow you look amazing!! If that is what I'm looking like I'm well chuffed! Well okay your kinda beating me but you look sooo good! Can't believe it in 6 weeks!!! Best diet ever huh!!
That's why I decided to refeed a week early sun specially with the drinking!! 4 weeks :0 your gonna look so good on your hols!!!!

And woah a flat to a 3 bed bungalow! You can have a closet room like me! I was overjoyed when the last of my step children moved out!!! A whole room for my clothes and shoes! Lol gonna have to start sorting it out soon when I'm skinny!!! Ooo in my dreams! :p

I did indeed jeni!! I needed some motivation n what better motivation than compliments :)
When was helping ash earlier, one of their neighbours called me over and said I was looking really good n he could tell I had lost weight. I was all puffed up like a proud pigeon lol xx
Also, ash's mum saw me for first time since I started it tonight, n she said she couldn't stop looking at me, the loss was unreal xx loved it!!

Totally agree there's nothing better! I HAVNT got as many as I thought :( but guess I've been up and down so much over the years!! Those closest to me say they can't believe it tho and look so good! I'm seeing my friends in a week or so first time since starting cos I moved away from my home town.. Can't wait to see what they say! Well hopefully!! Hope it's really boosted you him you should be very proud!
