Rachael I'm over the moon!!! I said to her I didn't think it was possible to lose that much in a week unless u were at deaths door lol xx n she said or had a leg amputated haha
But it certainly motivates u to keep going... Food??? What is this thing??? Lol xxx

hey ladies, just wanted to pop on and say that after a trip to my Dr this afternoon due to my moods being all over the place (Bipolar II) hes advised me to stop the diet :'( i explained that i'd had the medical with Pharmacist but apparently because i'm not stable yet they shouldnt have let me on! I wanted to come on and explain to you all as you've all been so lovely to me. I hope you all do brilliantly as i'm sure you will and hopefully sometime soon i'll be back.

Lmao!! Yeh already thought that!! Unfortunately have to go in my lunch hour from work.. But tell u what think that fibre clear has helped out in that dept! Sun you haven't been exercising this week have you? Still well JEL on ur weightloss considering we weigh the same!! (No one likes the green eyed monster I know !!!!!) guess everyone's dif.. Mine might of been less cos I took longer to get into ketosis maybe? X

N no Jen, not been exercising chick. Tho chemist did say today to start as its better to tone whilst losing as opposed to after u lost the weight x

Thanks so much Sun :) i know i think I've just hit that wall where the excitement isn't driving me anymore so i really need a big dollop of more motivation!! Being off work is so much harder too but weigh in on Monday so not too far away!

Aww daisy it's because you've had a big day... Early night helps I think.. New day tomorrow.. Sins right you don't want to go through the first week again! Yeh sun I went chemist yesterday to get my fibre clear and she asked if I was exercising I'm like hmmmm... Lol apparently it 'helps you go' to!! Must start!! I've arranged to go swimming Friday maybe that will motivate me to get going!

Daisy I'm good thanks, had my weigh in today n lost 16 pounds in 8 days so I'm ultra motivated at the mo!! Feel really happy n embracing the no food, no drink, it's for ten more weeks, not a lifetime but if I stick to this, I will feel much n more confident hopefully FOR a lifetime :)
Its soo worth it everyone / come on, this thread will get us through xxx
