New to RC

Hi all

I'm starting RC on Monday for my wedding next September.

I have brought some magazine but a bit worried about what to eat and how to be inspired.

Hoping to get to a class soon but won't be until December.

What do you guys eat? Can you give me any tips/advice?

Have tried other diets in the past but think this seems just so sensible - eat less, exercise and lose weight. Seems a no-brainer to me.

Would be really grateful of your advise/tips so thank you in advance.

Hi Viki, I'm new to this diet too- in fact I'm starting on monday with the Solo Slim 28 day plan. If I get results, which does seem a no-brainer, will power allowing then I'll probably join a class next year. Good luck and keep us updated
 
Well day one done, one pound off- very happy about that! Best thing is, the food was amazing! I'm not a soup person at all, and despite having tried leak and potato soup before and hating it this was lush. Although I did add a swirl of low fat yoghurt to it- mmmm. And the Chilli and rice for dinner, so far no complaints.
 
Glad to hear it tastes good. Keep me posted as definitely considering it as soon as Christmas and new year are out of the way. Finding doing it on my own fine but it's just such a hassle having to plan every day xxx
