Newbie Food Diary!

Hi all, I'm new to the forum and started slimming world last tuesday (12th april) so thought it would help me to keep a food diary on here!
I'm still getting to know what I'm doing so any feedback on what I'm eating or iof I have something wrong would be much appreciated :D.

I'm doing the extra easy plan.

Sunday 17th April

Breakfast

Fat free Muller Light yogurt
1 x Banana & couple Pinapple fingers
(fresh)

Lunch

Small bit of roast pork with roast potato, brocoli, cabbage, carrots, peas, swede and gravy, one stuffing ball

Dinner

2 x boiled egg
2 x Nimble WM bread with a light spread

Snacks

Big Orange
bit of my sons easter egg! (naughty) about 4cm squared piece

Drinks

can diet coke
Coffee x 2 with SS milk
Water

syns

Oil for roasting potatos = 4 (was at MIL so couldnt control how they were roasted)
Gravy = 1
stuffing ball = 2
Tiny bit of easter egg = 3
margarine = 2

eeek! The syns really add up don't they! Need to pay more attention tomorrow!!

How does all this sound?
 
why not use frylight for your roast potatoes same result no syns!! :)
im doing this plan too, iv weighed this moring and it looks like i've lost about 4lbs so am please even though I have had the odd biscuit (my downfall) and a few vodkas at the weekend. Will keep motivated :)
 
Wenjenn, I use frylight at home, I was at my mother in laws for dinner so didnt have the choice, but thankyou!

Mon 18th April

Breakfast

Fat free Muller light yogurt

Lunch

Big mushroom, 1/4 tin tomatoes, 1/4 tin baked beans, 1 x scrambled egg, 1 x nimble wm bread with spread of marge

Dinner

HM parsnip and ginger soup, 2 x nimble wm bread with spead of margarine

Snacks

handful of big (ish) strawberries

Drinks

1 x Coffee
Loads of sugar free squash

Syns

1 x nimble wm bread = 3
Spread of marge x 2 = 4

Tues 19th April

Breakfast

Tin tomoatos on 2 x nimble wm bread with spread of marge

Lunch

Couscous with onion, courgette, peppers, mushroom, cherry tomato and tbsp of red pesto.

Dinner

Jacket potato with Tuna, onion, cucumber & cherry tomotos
Snacks

Strawberries

Drinks

Sugar free squash
1 x can diet coke

Syns

spread of marge = 2
1 tbsp red pesto = 2.5
Tbsp light salad cream = 1.5
Co-op healthier choice chocolate muffin dessert (weigh-in night treat) = 8.5

FIRST PROPER WEIGH IN TONIGHT!!!!!!!! ARRRGGGGGGHHHHHH! Nervous!!!!

Well, went to weigh in and the computer wasn't working so knowbody could get weighed!!!! Grrrr :mad: sooo frustrating. I'd geared myself up and tried so hard all week, oh well!

I stopped off at Boots on the way home and weighed myself there and I was 5lb lighter which is great :) but it's different scales so may be less, who knows!!

I will have to wait until next week to see how I'm doing!

Am I eating the rights foods do you think? x
 
How frustrating!!! Well done on your loss anyway, I'm sure it'll be around the same amount, that's great!!! Your food all kooks really good too!
