Hi, have been introduced to you all by my baby sister.
She has said that you may be able to give me some advice on how a paraplegic can lose weight.
Long story short; I was damaged by a medical procedure that went wrong, the result was low mobility and severe weight gain.
I need to get down to about 17 stone from my present 25 stone.
If anyone can help I would be very happy.
