Just wanted to say "hello". :)

I did SW 4 years ago and lost about 3 st. Usual story, I stopped it and put everything plus 2lbs back on. So here I am again on my second try, started last Monday. I have been reading in for a while but without a computer at home it's difficult to come here regularly. :(

Thank you all for the time and effort you put into this forum. Very helpful and inspirational. Wishing you the best on your weight-loss-way and congrats, you are all doing so well. :flowers:

hi just come back to 2 this forum started sw in end aug first christmas not 2 put loads weight on , eating loads of food but the right food ,started cooking again lol want too lose this weight ,and stay with sw to keep it off ,the sw way;)
