Ive just started 2day and am feeling optimistic! 6 weeks till my hols does any1 have an idea what can be achieved in that time? If I loose 10 lbs it will put me down 2 healthy BMI also is fruit part of my snacks and can I drink diet fizzy juice? X
Hiya, I lost 10lb in a week so its easily achievable if you stick to the plan, i know the first week is easier from a weightloss perspective. As for snacks i only ever have the odd sf bar, im not sure about fizzy pop as i stick to water, sorry.
Thank u so much for the reply! 10lbs is a great loss! Thats fab! Although i dont think mine will be as great as lost 2 stone on ww but have came 2 a hault so needing a change and dont think my body will go into such a shock but im hopefull! X
Hi you can have fruit without syns as long as its not cooked, puréed etc in fact is a great super free choice and diet or sugar free fuzzy drinks are unlimited. Good luck with your journey ?

You can still enjoy diet drinks but also make sure to drink plenty of water.
I am new to the plan but really enjoying it, i have 9 weeks until my holiday so i am also looking for motivation xxx
