This morning my boyfriend had porridge, and gave me the idea to make to make porridge from the oatbran with skimmed milk. It was absolutely delicious. It really reminded me of the creamy porridge my nan made me when I was a child. It was such a comfort.

I had a sneak peak of the scales. 2lb loss. Very happy.



In regards to oatbran, I didn't buy the same one as last time. I bought the "moonflake" brand from Morrisons instead of the Holland and Barrett one. I have noticed it is finer than the H&B one. I am hoping it is ok.....Anyone know?

That's the one i use, it's fine as far as I know. I have oat bran porridge every day, I add in some sugar free jelly powder instead of sweetener, it's delicious!

i have porridge on the days im not having muffins for lunch ... love it

I have porridge every day. It reminds me of readybrek! A bit of sweetner and mixed spices on top...mmm! Enjoy!
