2 Coffees with semi skimmed milk and sweetner - 1 point
4 small low fat crackers (dry) - 2.5 points
half small tin of tuna with a dash of vinegar 1 point
1 slice of lean ham - 1 point
1 glass of diet lemonade - 0 points
Cherry Probiotic Yogurt - 2 points
Lean beef - 6
Tomatoes 0 points
Spices 0 points
Rice - 4 points

Goodluck with your first day on Weight Watchers Nicki!!! It took me a little while to get used to the points system, but you will soon find low point alternatives to the foods you like to eat.

Right day two ( was hard cos had dinner out but here goes)

1 bowl cornflakes - 2 points

1 tea
Roll 3
Pork 3
Apple sauce
Chicken 3
Vegetables all free
Potatoes 4
Stuffing 4
Gravy 2
Rice Pudding (oops)

Just got to work out my points

and I passed on some yummy chocolate cake at a party :) very pleased with myself

Ok so Ive gone over today as my points are 23 (my allowance) without my rice pudding - so will have less tomorrow.
