I have at LEAST another 3 stone to lose before i am considered 'normal', according to the doctors anyway...but we'll see! I was/am still big! :eek:

I aint had a blummin minute to myself this weekend! been sooo busy! really enjoyed last night it was my niece and nephews birthday party/bonfire/firework night! loved it! food has been spot on, just not had time to write anything down but i have been pointing in my head :rolleyes:

New week tomorrow, more determined than ever :D:D:D

I know 8 points is ridiculous and i am not going to lose weight eating that little but i am just never hungry :( I need to start getting up earlier to have breakfast instead of faffing with my hair! food is more important! I think its a mind thing aswell recently because i'm nervous/scared i might get my GORD symptoms :( !!

Lost a trusty 1lb this week :D

My waist has also gone from 44" to 34", 10 inches cant believe it!!

I finish work early today so i'm off out shopping with a few friends! We are going to a chinese buffet for lunch! Gonna treat myself but not gonna go too mad...
