    Been on here since December, but only just started to post today! Thought i'd post a food diary so i can keep track on what i eat. Hoping you will all correct me if i am pointing anything wrong!

    My first WI is friday so here goes;

    Bfast
    - White bagel with marmite - 3.5pts

    Lunch
    - 6 melba toast - 1pt
    - 50g tuna & sweetcorn sandwich filler - 2.5pts
    - Activia snackpot raspberry - 1pt

    Tea
    - 60g organic brown pasta - 3pts
    - 50g tuna & sweetcorn sandwich filler - 2.5pts
    - Onion - 0pts
    - Ex light mayo - 0.5pts

    Snacks
    - Apple - 0.5pts

    Total 14.5pts

    Hope everyone is well and in the 'zone'. The sun is shining here today for a change so lets get cracking, day 2 100%!

    Bfast
    - Shop prepared fruit salad (kiwi, pineapple, grapes, melon) 1.5pts

    Lunch
    - Mugshot pasta, roast chicken - 3pts
    - Activia snackpot peach - 1.5pts

    Tea
    - Jacket potato -3pts
    - Half tin stag chilli con carne - 4pts
    - Salad & Salad cream - 0.5

    Snacks
    - Brunch Bar - 3pts
    - Diet coke - 0pts
    - Banana - 1.5pts

    Total 18pts

    Dont think i will have anything else as got raging toothache - wisdom teeth :( luckily i work at a dentist so will get it looked at tomorrow! Just been for a nice long walk with my two doggies now going to have my tea and relax! Have a lovely evening everyone :) x

    Well, i have reached weds, the sun is still shining and im still smiling so cant be bad at all :D

    Early start for me at work this morning, but finishing at 1pm then its off to the gym!

    Bfast (around 10am)
    - 2 Ryvitas - 1pt
    - 50g tuna & sweetcorn sandwich filler - 2.5pts

    Lunch
    - Apple 0.5pts
    - 'Natural' Cranberry bar 1.5pts
    - Babybel Chedder - 2pts? not sure?

    Tea
    - Hot & Spicy chicken - 3pts
    - Salad - 0pts
    - Salad cream - 0.5pts

    Snacks
    - WW salt & vinegar hoops - 1pt
    - Ridge cut steak & onion crisps - 2.5pts

    Total 14.5pts

    Really quick update!
    Enjoyed the gym, burned 50cals on bike and 50cals on the treadmill, also went on the rower and toning beds etc.

    Just took doggies for a walk and now really want a shower but waiting for my new phone to be delivered (cant wait!) and sods law says the minute i get into the shower the door will go! Delivery time between 8am-6pm!!! :mad:

    Will update later if have any snacks! Hope everyone is having a lovely day in the sunshine :D xx

    Hi nicola your menus sound good!
    I didn't know hula hoops were such low points!! That's what I love about this diet u can eat anything and still lose weight!! That way we can keep it off (if we get it off hehe)

    Goodluck for weigh in Friday! Can't wait to see how you get on :)

    Hi Happy thanks for you post :) first one apart from me hehe! I love WW, you can literally eat anything aslong as its within your points! Im so nervous about tomorrow but i 'feel' like ive lost some and also feel a lot healthier already so thats a bonus! I have about 3 stone to lose before i think i will be happy, but just going to see how i look when the numbers start going down!

    Afternoon everyone!! Thursday already :)
    Workin late today so won't be having my tea till late on so will update that later!!

    Bfast
    - white bagel with teaspoon peanut butter - 4pts

    Lunch
    -small tin heinz spag bol warmed up! - 2.5pts
    -pineapple in jelly - 1pt
    -shape zero, forest fruits - 0.5pts

    Tea
    - 1 egg - 1.5pts
    - 3 slices bacon medallions - 3.5pts
    - tinned tomatoes- 0pts
    - 2 'rosties' (like hash browns) - 2pts
    - Brown sauce - 0.5pts
    - 2 Slices warburtons danish + bit of flora light - 2.5pts

    = YUM!!!

    Total pts - 18pts

    Loving your menu's good luck you seem to be doing really well!! How many points can you have a day? Also can I be cheeky abd ask where your hot and spicy chicken us from because I've looked everywhere and haven't found one yet below 4pts so would be chuffed if I could get lower as it's a fav :) xx good luck xx

    Hey hunni thanks for ur post, im allowed 25 points a day! but like to save for the weekend :D The hot and spicy chicken is from tescos, comes in a pack of four! i love them they are soooo fit!

    I lost 3lb this week!!!!!!:p

    On to today, i like fridays because i finish at 1pm! Will go home after i have finished work and take my doggies out for a nice long walk in the sunshine!

    Bfast
    - White bagel with marmite - 3.5pts

    Lunch
    - Morrisons salad bar - 6pts (mainly lettuce, cucumber, toms, onion, sweetcorn but some pasta salad so over pointing just incase!)

    Tea
    - Pitta - 3pts
    - Chicken - 2pts
    - Salad & ex light mayo - 0.5


    Snacks
    - Ridge cut crisp, sweet chilli - 2.5
    - Rice crispies chocolate square - 2.5
    - Shape zero, blueberry - 0.5

    Total 20.5 :)

    - Half large jacket potato - 2.5
    - Half tub cottage cheese & chive - 2.5
    - Salad & Salad cream - 0.5
    - Reduced colslaw ( not even teaspoon ) - 1

    Tea
    - Sainsburys chicken and bacon pasta salad -8pts
    - fruit salad - 2.5pts

    Snacks
    - Onion rings - 1pt
    - chill snackajacks - 1.5pts
    - vodka + diet coke -1pt
    Total -24pts :)

    Wow vodka is only one point?? That's not bad at all is it! I'll remeber that :)

    Your menus are looking good! And big well done for yoir loss :) that's really good xx

    I've had a bad weekend so hoping I can claw it back until Tuesday will take my son to the park for a long walk and run about today I think as need to up my activity points

    Been to visit my grandma today, she is so cute! she knows im on a diet so got brown bread in and made a chicken especially for me :D

    Bfast
    - 1 & half small teacakes + flora light - 4.5pts
    - Small tin fruit cocktail (syrup drained) - 1.5pts

    Lunch
    - 2 x Warburtons wholemeal - 3pts
    - Chicken - 2pts
    - Muller Crunch Corner - 4.5pts :/

    Tea
    - Sainsburys inspire to cook chicken breast with bacon & sausagemeat - 6pt
    - 4 slices crustless bread - 2pts

    Snacks
    - lemon slice - 1pt
    - crisp - 1pt
    - Pink Glazed doughnut - 4.5pts

    Total - 30pts :D
    5 over, but have saved 16 throughout the week so not really over :D Love WW! x

    Well Monday morning is upon us again, bye bye weekend :wave_cry:, feeling rather deflated this morning, think im just tired and the weather is foggy and dull! :sigh:

    Saying that, i really feel determined to lose this week! Going to try my best, and hoping to have another 100% week :D

    Not feeling very well at all today, very sickly and lethargic! i managed my mugshot and yoghurt but didnt eat my apple. Will see how i feel when i get home :(
    Hope its not the sausage meat i had with the chicken yesterday as ive been ill off this before and seems a bit of a coincidence??

    Will update later!

    Hope everyones had a good monday, if mondays can be good?!! :D

    Tuesday :D long day at work today, finishing late! Hope everyones ok and feeling good! Did my Mel B workout last night for 30mins so my arms are aching today!

    Bfast
    - Brown Bagel with 10g peanut butter - 3.5

    Lunch
    - Cup-a-pasta, creamy cheese - 3pts
    - Shape zero, Starwberry - 0.5pts
    - WW Jaffa cake bar - 1.5pts
    - Apple - 0.5pts

    Tea
    - Half bag basmati rice - 2.5pts
    - Quarter jar Beef madras - 3pts
    - 4 mini poppadoms! - 2pts

    Total - 16.5pts

    Decided to have only quarter of the jar as it seems loadsa points! :( Got some saved for snacks later though awoohoo :D

    UPDATE - had one bite of the curry and it was disgusting!!!
    Had;

    Bagel - 3pts
    Tuna, sweetcorn + onion - 2pts

    New total - 16pts
    Saved - 4pts

    As if i can be bothered with work today :sigh:, im having a 'im fat and ugly' kinda day :cry:

    On the plus side, its a weds so early finish at work, 1pm then off to the gym to see if i can make myself feel any better!

    Today is my 10th day of 100% weight watchers! :p

    i really like your menu's :D
    its given me some good idea's on what to eat.. its nice & simple!
    other ones i have read often have alotof homeade thins with alot of ingredients o dont tend to eat or like, so i'll be checking everyday :D
    - and well done!!! your doing fab..very motivated & determined..thats the way to be! keep it up, :)
