Hmm, i'm thinking today may be difficult at work...(as most of you know i'm a receptionist :eek:). First thing lovely OH said was 'there is a god', hahaha :p

I must admit, i do talk a lot but i love talking!! I didnt realise how much i talked until i cannae talk!

I do still feel really lowsy :(

Food has been very random over the weekend, had first proper meal in 3 days last night, a chicken dinner :)

Going to be 200% this week! Got a doctors appointment next tuesday for my annual bp/weight check and since i last went i have lost 4 stone! So i shouldnt be worried at all but i still have this horrible feeling in my stomach! :confused: i think its because last time i went i'd put on weight and not lost it...but i need a slap! because i KNOW how well i have done this year! so doc can shove it :p

awwwwwww @ losing your voice....least you can still "talk" on here :) baby lost his voice last week for 2 days...imagine an 11 month old with no voice...his cry was like a newborn lol lil tiny squeaks bless him!
 
Ahh bless ya, hope your voice comes back soon. Bad times!! Your cheeky oh lol. I was thinking the same about satsumas the other day lol. A small satsuma is 18 calories, when I put it in the discover calculator it said 0.5 point and 36 (for 2) is still 0.5. seems silly really, so you might as well have 2 :) xx
 
ive always pointed satsumas at 2 for 0.5 so 1 wouldnt count....ive sometimes had 1 for lunch and 1 in the evening...so just added 0.5 to the days total

I had a 'i'm ill and dont care' binge last night...over my points by 5...:( will pull it back as i nearly always have less than 20 points a day...still disappointed in myself!!!

Feeling really lowsy at work! I literally can only sqeak! not speak :( i asked my boss if i could turn the phone off for an hour as its really straining my voice to speak...(not to mention the amount of patients asking if i'm new as they dont recognise my voice on the phone)...he said no :( how he expects me to carry on with a throat like this i'll never now...pfft! xxx

I don't know whats wrong with me! I think its because i'm feeling very sorry for myself because i have a bad cold! and i'm using it as an excuse to eat the world :eek:

It needs to stop! I was supposed to be having less points today after my binge yesterday...well that didnt work out!
