I liked mark but found Karen irritating... Can't remember many of the others tho... Zandella and her sister were irritating and lazy... That's me stuck!

I'm going for a run after work.....going to die.com! I dont know why i agreed but my OH said it'll do me some good, plus hes gonna do it with me!...worried i wont beable to do it??! Haven't really ran properly since school! x

Still alive after my run...:eek:, managed 15mins jogging then walked the rest of the way, but still need to start somewhere!

3lb off this week for me meaning January goal number 1 has been met!

Still need to work on goal 2! Blouse still feels snug! x x x x

Muller light - 1.5pts

Gone over points by 4.5 tonight but not going to worry about it too much, will pull back 2 each day over weekend and by half on monday :D
