Veggie fingers - 3pts
Ketchup - 0.5pts

Total = 19.5points

EXERCISE , Yesterday did 10 mins weights, 20 sit ups, & 20 lift & press on gymball

Today - 10 mins weights, 20 situps, 20 lifts & press on gymball, 20 lift & squats using 5kg kettlebell xxx

Hey hunny :) Hope you're well? Ah I'm sorry you will feeling off yesterday. You are beautifulllll!! And those girls that do that are mental, getting up so early to do it, bloody hell I'd rather stay in bed lol! But I know what you mean, I sometimes feel the same. I shower scrape back hair and off to work. I make the effort at the weekend :) Hope you're ok, your diaries are looking ace. God luck for tomorrow xxx

Thanks hun :) we are all gorgeous in our own way :), i'd much rather stay in bed too but since i work in the town i live it i have got sooo lazy lol, when i used to work 30mins away i used to get up really early to make sure i looked my best but tbh theres more important things in life! I make the effort at weekend too :)

Hey everyone sorry not been on here since friday been busy! I'm enjoying this weekend coz last weekend i was ill! Have been a good girl and 100% on track :) Will write my diary in today, have been tracking in my head which can sometimes be dangerous lol im no good with numbers!

Went for an hours walk/run yesterday morning so hopefully burned a few cals :)

Gonna try not snack tonight but we'll see...just got a text off OH saying theres a suprise waiting for me at home...slighty scared...he never suprises me..so its either food or another puppy lol, will update you all later!
