Yay also good for motivation we can all help each other. Did day 3 yesterday and it was tough! I thought it was meant to get easier lol but it is satisfying once you've completed it! Ooh yummy chocolate cake! Xxx

Well done on completing week one of c25k :) we did it! Will be starting week two first thing monday had a sneak peak and I'm scared lol!! We can do it thou girlie! What day you starting week 2?

Also which ham and cheese toasties do you get for 3.5 points I found the mcain ones but they work out 6 points for the pack and they are tiny :-( love cheese and ham toasties so if I could find a low one I would be chuffed? Xxx

Think i might start Week 2 Monday :) It wasnt a toastie that i ate hun, they are called 'toast me', its like cheese & ham in breadcrumbs like a very thin slice of bread, they are frozen and u put them in the toaster..hmm i love them :)

I am SO freaking happy :D:D:D, only fit into size 14 jeans now dont i ??!!!!!!!

I found a gorgeous pair of next jeans that i must have got ages ago and thought oh i'll try these on so i can see how far off i am from fitting in them....they went straight on and fastened without any shuffling/lieing down on the bed motions going on :happy036:, i am over the moon! Wore them out today and felt FANTASTIC :D:D:D:D:D:D:D:D:D:D:D

Maybride - Dya mean a scales sneaky peak? Nooo, only weighed in on friday :) will wait till fri see if its made a different, going to check on my inches then too :)

Thank you :) I finding c25k fine so far :) just dreading it getting harder, i've had a look through the programme and i think its like week 5 or 6 they expect you to rin for 8 minutes solid :eek:

Hehe I did the same I was shock! how I could jog for the full 1.30 I don't know, I didn't think I'd be able to do it but I did I stupidly flicked to week 9 and saw a 40 min jog! I'm happy for that to come round slowly! It's funny thou I defo feel fitter! Have you noticed any changes?? Xxx

40 mins? The app on blackberry mist be different on mine week 9 is 5 minute brisk walk then 30min jog? :-/ I not doing 40 if i dont have to haha. Cant say ive noticed any changes yet :)
