C25K Week 5, Day 3 done. 20 mins solid running! Sooo proud of me :) Start Week 6 on Weds, wish me luck! Running out of steam but determined to see it through...

Having such a good day today! Sun is shining its absolutly gorgeous here! Not even bothered that i'm in work until 6pm :) Patients are so much more pleasent when the sun comes out lol...

Totalled up inches since i started, 13 inches off my waist yeah babyyy, 6 off my thighs, 3 off my arms, 10 off my hips!

Thank you minis :) Having a great weekend. The sun is absolutly beautiful! :D Been 100% all weekend, just cant really be bothered to write it on here, been too busy outside! Probably walking 8-10 miles this weekend with the doggies round lakes/country parks!

c25k Week 6, one more day to go which will be tomorrow. Was going to do it today but had a very bad nights sleep, woke up feeling faint/sweating with horrendous indigestion :( Haven't taken my omeprazole for a while maybe its time to start taking them again xxx

Cant be bothered today! Too tired for this work malarky! And the thought of me doing a 25min run later plummets me into despair....only 3 weeks left until i've completed the C25K tho so gotta keep going, need a rocket up my bum!
