Todays has been fab :) Completed c25k over the weekend WOOP WOOP finally!!!! Felt amazing when i'd done it! Started yesterday with just 10 min runs, wanna keep my fitness up and i quite like running!

Food has been spot on today. Gunna start taking my omeprazole again as stomach been playing up so much recently and just sick of v painful indigestion! :-(
