Having a fun weekend! Been fishing today with the OH, plenty of exercise as the toilets were a half mile away from the lake and it was all up hill! yay! always thinking about exercise/ww etc its like i cant switch off lol. Embarresed myself infront of lots of men today by doing a running fall :-/ was nearly wetting myself it was hilarious!

Today been another good day foodwise! :) Long ass day at work tho never thought it was gunna end!

Noticed your incident with the out of date egg...OMG i'd have passed out at the thought of it...im terribel for dates and stuff, i swear if they didnt have dates on things now i wouldnt be battling with this weight loss lol cos i wouldnt eat. Glad that you werent ill though :)

Afternoon all...sat in working typing away if i dont have a coffee soon i may fall asleep! 4 oclock slump anyone?

Total = 23.5pts, slightly over but have overpointed for curry and garlic bread so should be fine for weigh in tomorrow eek! x
