Today just been a chill out day at home, i have very much enjoyed the queenies celebrations and im feeling very patriotic!

Not pointed today as such but im sure i've not gone over...

Salt & Pepper wedges ( added chilli, garlic, salt & pepper ) they were too hot! :(

Back to work tomorrow im looking forward to it! Only 3 days till weigh in tho arghh!

Done some work on my arms today hoping to keep it up this time as i am really unhappy with them! xxx

Had a good day foodwise :) Been a bit rushed today as was back to work then straight home for a 2 hr driving lessons! Went really well! Cant wait to pass!

Hey folks, hope ur all well. Didnt weigh in yesterday as felt so ill with a headache and sickness so it was the last thing on my mind. Gunna leave it till next week now as this week been a bit strange with the long weekend!. Been doing my weights on my arms all week, cant really say i've noticed a difference but will carry on for a month like i told myself i would :)

Today been a bit random, not really pointed but heres what ive eaten so far.

So exercise wise since monday has been good! Been doing my weights on my arms now for 3 days only another 27 to go lol, measured myself so hopefully i will beable to see a difference after 30 days! 20 mins tredmill monday and tonight also! very pleased with myself!

Thank you! 3lb off and my first big loss in a good few weeks so very happy. Another driving lesson today went excellent :D, drove home wooooo loved it cant wait till i can drive our car!
