nightime cravings

here's a list of what i do, or have done since Feb! :)

go out walking

have a long bubblebath

pampering session, manicure, pedicure etc

drink iced water

mini housework workout

home decorating (not major, just touching up paintwork etc!)

phone a friend :)

log on to this site!

read a weight related magazine or programme

clear out wardrobe

look at before and after inspirational photos

a session of my exercise bike

a zumba session (dvd at home!)

finally attend to that 'putting off' job around the home

early night!!!!!

if all that fails and the pangs refuse to budge...have a small bowl of cereal, or some crackers, fruit salad, sugar free jelly, couple of tea biscuits, handful of raisins, crispbread and fat free spread etc...AND if you really must have something 'more filling' then have it..BUT make allowances next day by altering your food intake :)
