Nikki's diary 2014. 2 stone to lose.

Have you thought about trying simple start?

I haven't yet but I stayed the same last week & don't expect a big or even a loss at all tomorrow morning, I'm doing propoints at the minute,

My mum & my sister have lost 5 stone between them! on simple start in 4 months,

I think I might give it a go next week just to see what happens x
 
Dont know y i am finding ww so hard to follow this time. I done it 2 years ago n never had a single blip! Now my motivation seems to have vanished. Goin to have an early night and read thru all my diaries and books from last time to c wher im going wrong!

Im the heaviest iv ever been and im miserable so i really need to focus :( just ranting. X
 
It can be disheartening,

I am only losing half a lb most weeks now & even last week staying the same,

I'm still on plan & walking everywhere so it is very annoying! spesh when I go with my friend & she drinks a lot & loses a good amount most weeks & I don't drink at all!

Also I'm not a salad or fruit fan really, so bang goes the zero point snacks lol, I find it hard managing on 28 points a day tbh

Ok so from thursday i have been totally focused. Hada good talk to myself on wed night, read my books and diaries again so im hopin by mon night wi il av a loss!

Made beautiful soup yday, broccoli n ham. Yum!! Its nice n thick n zero points so great for lunches! Iv been doin f&h las cupl days, gna stick to it today then c hw 2moro goes. Iv ruled out all my weeklies so f&h seemed the best way forward. :)
 
Weigh in 2moro. Very nervous but hopin i have a loss. Really pulled it back from thurs. Anyway new week 2moro and im gonna do f&h again m c how i get on.

So monday 11th aug:

Breakie: 2 x crumpets, tea with skimmed milk. Apple n pear.

Lunch: ham sandwich. Diet coke.

Dinner: pasta bols made with quorn. Lots of added veg and served with broccoli n cauli on side. 20g cheese 2pp. Homemade garlic bread.

Wil update on w.i 2moro. :)

you can do it Hun. I was the same as you I lost weigh easily in the past but this time around I'm finding it harder. My losses have been slow but I'm just glad they're going in the right direction.

Just in doing all my prep for 2moros food. So heres how its gonna go:

Breakie: beans on toast n tea. Melon.

Lunch: leftover pasta bols with added veg. Apple n pear.

Dinner: peppered pork loin steaks, baby boiled potatoes, cabbage, carrots n peas. Gravy 3pp

Wednesday 13th aug:

Breakie: 2 x crumpets with ww spread. Melon. Tea with skimmed milk.

Lunch: wafer thin ham sw on ww bread. Apple n pear.

Out for dinner for friends birthday. I have pre ordered so i know what im having: goin to try n not eat it all.

Starter: home made fish cake with chilli dip.

Main: chkn goujons 1/2 chips n 1/2 salad with garlic mayo.

Dessert: choc cake n ice cream.

Its 3 courses for £10 midweek madness menu so portions wont be huge thank goodness

Just wiping out all my weeklies on this. :)

So its my day off work 2moro and i have 1001 things i need to do :( however being busy helps keep me on track i think :)

A few things to do:
Clean whole house
Change bedding
Leave phone in to get fixed
Do some food shopping
Clean the gardens
Clear out my wardrobe....

The list goes on. I will be making a lovli beef casserole in my slow cooker 2moro fpr dinner too. Will update food 2moro :)
 
Hello yes finally got sittin down at 9.30 las night to watch a wee film with hubby n fell asleep on the sofa lol.

Went for a 5 mile walk las night with hubby n doggy :)

My food yday was:

Tea and fruit for breakie.

Lunch was a baked potato with chkn salad

Dinner: beef casserole with champ.
