nope deffo not all the time, I think I've gone in and out over the past 4 days whilst using the other products but I've definitely not stayed in all the time, but then I knew I wouldnt because this stuff is higher in carbs, sugars etc...hoping the last two days of the week on exante will really boost my weight loss, what do your reckon? Jumped on the scales this am and had lost 6lb in 4 days so not bad.xx
