Dinner- parents evening so a coffee and biscuits - 10pp

This is officially day one of my wi week but day two of being back on track so happy!

If I don't eat dinner, is that a bit of damage control for the biscuits?? I'm not particularly hungry due to coffee and being in pain x
 
If you aren't hungry then I'd skip dinner. But don't not have anything just because of the biscuits. You could make it a pp day maybe?
Are you ok love? I'm sorry you're in so much pain. I hate parents evenings I hope it went ok. Xx
 
Thanks becks! I'm sore but just went for a brisk walk with a friend and dogs so feeling good. I didn't eat tonight due to not feeling hungry (phone the doc I must be ill!!! :) )

I'm prob on 26-29pp if tracking so that's ok- still want to consider it a sf day for some reason.
 
wouldn't worry too much about eating when feeling ill.
remember there are more weeks/days in front of you and it all works out in the end.
get better first, even small gains will go once you are on top of it all again.

hope you feel better soon and the pain eases.
have trouble with joints/back too so know where you are coming from. :wave_cry:
 
Hi Nomes, hope you're feeling a bit better today. I know it's a bit late now, but I'd not eat if I wasn't hungry.... I know for me, it's what got me overweight in the first place xxx

Dinner- potatoes with left over spag Bol mix- yum!!

Not on uk list but is on American list. I eat it and lose so I include it. I prefer it to wheat cereal and to be honest- it doesn't stay in your system for long ;)
 
I like it- try it for a week and see if it affects your loss. If you don't lose or gain and all bran is the only change then im sorry xx ;)

It's got soo much fibre in it I reckon it should be on the list!
