That's late!!! Do the kids come in in July? I do get bored with 7 weeks but at the same time don't think I could work that late in July lol
 
After Chinese and wine I felt crap!

Breakfast- fruit and yogurt

6 mile walk

Lunch- sausage and half chip

6 mile walk

Dinner- whole meal rolls lettuce and extra lean burgers
 
Careful with ur back (all that walking!) well done tho, loads of exercise!
 
Yummy! Is ur back much better now then? U still on painkillers?
 
Off painkillers thank goodness! I paid with hip pain last night but it was worth getting outside again!

Dinner- McCain oven chips 4pp, baked beans and three low fat sausages 9pp

I know but was supposed to be extra good lol. Family do tomorrow so another 5 days to save it I suppose.
