I change my stats every week, just for the sheer joy of it, LOL.

So far so good, stuck to my food allocation for the day, even steamed my spinach to go with the pie at teatime. Not only did I "do" Jillian, I also did my shake weight and then we cleaned out the fishtank, probably won't be able to walk or raise my arms tomorrow lol

That is a very energetic start! Practice typing with your toes now just incase your arms give up tomorrow :)

Sooooooooooo I changed my stats and am now back in the obese bracket - sob :(

I'm still looking at gaining some height in order to drop BMI points. Can you get growth hormone on mail order?
 
Naaaaaaaaa, only just over the edge so am determined to get back under 30bmi at my next weigh in ;)

Arms and legs are functioning, I can feel that they are there though ;)

I walked all over London this morning so feeling slightly virtuous - but my laziness soon manages to take over :)

Bren how did today go? Hope the arms and legs are still alright tomorrow - a big run always hits me two days after! And I think you were right to change your stats - I do, even though it's going up and down a few pounds at a time 'cos it stops me going too far the wrong way. You'll be back where you want in no time - hope you see a really big loss this week to start you off. :D

Susie, London is a BIG place to walk round, how is your ankle holding up?
Clare, managed ok for round 2, plus shake weight for afters, not sure how I will be tomorrow, my thighs have ached all day today.
