O nooo help please

I am on day 4 been doing so well, had my banna shake for brunch, drank 4 litres of water then i was doing my d aughters dinner and had a few mouth fulls of chicken.... i didnt bother having my soup just had my choclate mint shake... i know it wont chuck me out of ketosis because its not carbs but i was going by calories hence skipping the soup.. have i done right?

cant beleive i am on my 5th litre i am soooo thirsty and my ketosis stick is allways dark purple except once yesterday..... my blood sugar was 4.2 yesterday so it cant be that.. ?

getting panicky .... lol

Don't panic a little bit of chicken won't hurt you, put it behind you and move on. Although you must have all your packs as it is important you get all your nutrients.

drink your shake a small portion of protein will not hurt you now and again.
