oh a fun way to exercise!!

hi, well wanting to increase my exercise, do take the dog for a walk anywhere between 45-60mins a day, not really a gym person, so have started putting a cd on (in my kitchen) and just dancing about the room!!! Might sound daft but, it really makes me smile and it's doing me good, hubby just shakes his head and leaves me to it. Been doing about 20mins every day this week:D

I used to do this! I made a load of 30 minute playlists on my computer and turned the music up and just danced around like a complete idiot. Tis much fun! :)

Me too !!! Love doing this and still find the old music like the soundtracks from Grease and Dirty Dancing the ones that get me moving the most.

Mind you with my present life style why the hell I think I need more exercise I don't know.
