hi, well wanting to increase my exercise, do take the dog for a walk anywhere between 45-60mins a day, not really a gym person, so have started putting a cd on (in my kitchen) and just dancing about the room!!! Might sound daft but, it really makes me smile and it's doing me good, hubby just shakes his head and leaves me to it. Been doing about 20mins every day this week
