Im due on this week (tomorrow i suspect)

and i cannot get my trousers on. I have eaten ALOT more than usual this week, but all completly on plan superfree/free..
but honest to god, i can do them up, but i feel like my blood circulation is being cut off! i am SO uncomfortable! and they were worn only a few days ago, so not even straight out the wash!!

Water retention; perhaps bloating. As said just a blip - you have kept to plan no reason you should put on any real weight at all.

Daft as it seems, get some big glasses of water inside you to help flush out the bloating. And if you have any essential oils to hand, take a bath with a couple of drops of grapefruit oil and a couple of drops of juniper oil--they're both diuretics and will help ease the water retention. Just be prepared not to get any sleep because you'll be up all night weeing!

LOL. im going now to buy a 2ltr bottle. I make it my personal mission dueing *weeks to drink atleast 1 whole bottle worth a day. Really helped last time.. i knew i should have got it a few days ago, but was like - nah, il be fine!
