OMG had my waist measured last night!!!

My CDC measured my waist last night have lost 7 inches

Can't believe it I now have a 32.5 inch waist!!!!!!!!!

I did however put on weight this week! Ooops! But am back on track!!! I have to be!!!!

when did you start cd ? how long has it taken you to loose the wt . i started at 12s 9lb went yesterday and 3 lb off but that was my prep week, started ss yesterday. just eaten a damn apple and now im hungry . have just had a few glasses of water but thats not helped !!!

I am on litre 3 of water! I find if I drink loads and loads of water obviously not too much that I drown then I don't feel too hungry! I joined in August at 15st2 and have had about a month of being naughty but am down now to 12st7lbs ish!!! Got another stone to lose! But am well chuffed with the weight loss and inch loss!

nah , went at 4 , she had said go for 4 but then when i turned up she thought i was coming at 5. !!!! went to pick my son up from evesham golf club and decided it would be nice for little toddlers (3 of em ) to pick apples and it may encourage them to eat more. before i knew it had picked one and was eating it .... ate half of it !!!

Don't panic! The worst thing to do is worry! Ali takes a bit of getting used to but she really is FAB!!!! and she gets results! Like the thinking re getting kids to eat apples! I wouldn't think half an apple will kick you out of ketosis so I'm sure it's fine! Just get on the liquids! There is a lot of controversy re what to drink but I pretty much allow myslef any non sugared drinks! And I keep myself well fuelled on black coffee! But I keep seeing people saying that they still drink milk in tea or coffee so am gonna look this up!

i cant stand black coffee, so have cut from 15 cups a day to 1 with a drop of skimmed milk in.yes she seems really nice and like me she was a nurse ( i still am ) .... she saids shes gonna show how to make a mousse next week , i quite fancy the crisps and would love a choc bar !!!
