After 5 weeks of Cambridge I am absolutely loving cooking and eating real food again!

Just had a spaghetti pack and dry fryed some mushrooms and corgettes with onion and garlic granules and some mixed herbs and a splash of Worcester sauce.

Was super tasty and I feel really satisfied, and I still have my dark choc truffa bar for desert :D

Also feel super virtuous as I have ticked off day 2 of my 30 day shred, just 28 more to go...
