I was reading through the Exante booklets last night for the umpteenth time but I only just noticed it says tablet sweeteners, since it's pretty specific I was just wondering if anyone knows why not powdered sweeteners? Which is what I'd been using :cry:

I think the powdered ones contain a small amount of sugar to make them powdery. I'm sure I read that on another thread x

Hello Alisa,

Tablet sweeteners contain less carbohydrate therefore if clients are
following the Total Solution then they will remain in Ketosis.
