Over 50's Meet ..Anyone?

Are there any older ladies who would like to have a meet?
I'm thinking that there may be some like myself who have various ailments in our later years that are making attempts to get into a better shape a very laborious affair.

Just testing the waters.. Anyone out there interested?

I m 54 and do find various things restrict me - some age related, some just general health stuff. I guess middle age is no longer a distant rumour that applies to some one else .... getting older eh? what a drag xx and if I m honest my biggest barrier is that I am bone idel. Age has given me the confidence to say 'if I don't enjoy something I'm not doing it.' Simple as xx
