Thursday's food, I really need to go food shopping soonish
as running low lol:

duck eggs with broccoli and cheese

chicken wings, with cauli rice, leeks and mushrooms

So the chicken hasnt defrosted! Luckily I picked some lambs liver up
on the way home as anticipated that!

had some pistachios too

really not feeling great, came home early from uni, really just want to get a GF pizza and
then go to bed! but being strong and sticking with the liver lol
 
still not feeling cracking, had a mega sleep and think my body just needs rest.

Today's food:

GF porridge

leftover liver and cauli rice topped with cheese

chicken wings with cauli mash
 
Managed to get food shopping but forgot loads of things!
I'm off my food and I find it hard to shop when I'm like this, hopefully
it'll pass soon as I love cooking (and eating) but it happens every few months
with my ME unfortunately. Making sure I try get three meals a day though.

Saturday:

leftover chicken

mixed spice porridge

curried pork ribs with cauli 'risotto'
 
Sunday already aaaarrgghh cant believe its Monday again tomorrow :sigh:

Today's food:

salmon with fried duck egg yolks (got the whites in the fridge might use them as a hair mask lol)

mixed spice GF porridge

lamb shank with roasted celeriac, cauli and onion,
served with kale

was too tired to make the cauli rice so roasted it off in some EVOO and herbs
OMG it was lush :D
 
Monday's food:

GF mixed spice porridge

tuna salad and cup of h/m broc-cauli soup

I have some pork ribs, curry powder and tinned toms in the slow cooker
will cook some veggies to have with this
 
Overdone the tomatoes big time :cry:super bad joint pains,
so off them again, have been eating a lot of them again, they
just crept right back in lol but need to cut them out again, its good
to know they still hate me!

Today's food:

GF porridge

cold soup as my food flask is pants apparently- not used this one before but yeah
does not keep food warm

cheeky slice of costa's GF christmas cake :rolleyes: twas yummy and tis almost the season
to be jollllllly!

lamb with roast veggies - got a piece of lamb shoulder for £5/kg!!! Very exciting!
