Pennys final push!

Hi everyone,

I have been floating around these boards for a while & I have finally purchased my bumper pack from Exante!

I have done WW, SW, Calorie Counting & I just cant seem to stick to it lately! So I am hoping if I cut out food, I can retrain myself & lose the fat off my body!

1st day so far-
6am Cup of Tea
7.50am Banana Milkshake - Not that bad, made it with 200ml of water so quite thick. Hoping it was going to taste more banana like slimfasts one, but still drinkable. Surprisingly full aswell!
8.30 Hot Water with Herbal Tea
10am Tea...starting to think about food - 2hrs til lunch!
10.30am Ate half of my toffee cereal bar, again quite nice so far! Finished it by 11am!
Went out on lunch so didnt need to think about eating!
12.47 some water to fill me up! 4 glasses of water so far.
So far, so good.! :D
