So, I am now very keen to lose some weight before our cruise to Alaska, which is just 12 weeks away!
I have had a lovely long weekend away and am alarmed to return 7lbs heavier.
Push the panic button now!!:cry:
So, I am going to 'food diary' it for 12 weeks, go for lean, healthy food options, cut back the booze dramatically and see what progress I can make.
I am going to stick with a weekly weigh in and increase my exercise. 
I feel incredibly unfit!
Please cheer me on! How much do you think I could lose? Start weight 234lbs!
