Please read, LT dieter poss considering Exante...Advice!

Hi all, I'm on day 6 of Lipotrim (3shakes a day total 480cals) and I'm really struggling with having no food! Weight loss roughly 1lb a day and haven't had many side effects I was worried about (dizzy/weak/irritable etc) but the one and major thing that is ridiculously hard is I'm still feeling hungry! Followed it 100% and having read so much about "no hunger once in ketosis" I am sorely disappointed!

So anyway im researching into other food replacement diets but that also allow a little food! I'm not wimping out cos I'm determined to lose this weight once and for all but I think I cud afford to go up by 200-400cals a day in ketogenic foods? So lookin at working solution and just wonder if anyone cud give me advice on how to move over from LT to this?

Any help or advice wud b very much appreciated!

I came over here from w8 where on rapid you added a meal on week 4 or had a meal every day on regular. The following foodlist was what we were allowed to keep us in ketosis. There diet was roughly 700 kcal and 850ish on an AAM week/regular. I still lost 1 stone a month.

The correct way to use the following to make up ONE meal per day everyday for 1 week. It is NOT a list of items you can eat throughout the day.

3oz of the following:
skinless chicken breast (= not even a full one)
Lean ham, pork or Bacon - all visable fat removed!!
Quorn/Soya/Tofu
Plain Cottage cheese (low fat)
oily fish salmon/mackerel/sardines
turkey
lean mince (chicken, turkey or pork only)
1 medium egg - boiled or poached (not fried)
white fish/cod/shellfish/prawns/tuna(fresh/tinned in brine or water)

Unimited (at that meal)

Broccoli, chicory, bamboo shoots, lettuce, spinich, asparagus, courgettes, fresh garlic, Balsamic Vinegar, alfalfa sprouts, rasishes, cauliflower, watercress, celery, fennel, marrow, herbs, tabasco, peppers, cucumber, leeks, rocket, cabbage, pakchoi, mushrooms, spices, salt and pepper.

Stay away from tomatoes and onions - high carb!!

I use a 1/2 pack to make sauce - e.g. thai to make a stirfry and serve it with mashed cauliflower

By sticking to the above you will remain in ketosis and it shouldn't affect your weightloss too much!

On Exante I am sticking to the above when I'm hungry and I lost 14lbs in the first 3 weeks. I fell off the wagon for a couple of weeks there - personal reasons! Back to it yesterday!

I follow WS some days, and TS other days, and it works really well :) You could probably start adding the meal while you use up your lipotrim packs anyway, and then switch to Exante when you want to.
