Hi all, I'm on day 6 of Lipotrim (3shakes a day total 480cals) and I'm really struggling with having no food! Weight loss roughly 1lb a day and haven't had many side effects I was worried about (dizzy/weak/irritable etc) but the one and major thing that is ridiculously hard is I'm still feeling hungry! Followed it 100% and having read so much about "no hunger once in ketosis" I am sorely disappointed!
So anyway im researching into other food replacement diets but that also allow a little food! I'm not wimping out cos I'm determined to lose this weight once and for all but I think I cud afford to go up by 200-400cals a day in ketogenic foods? So lookin at working solution and just wonder if anyone cud give me advice on how to move over from LT to this?
Any help or advice wud b very much appreciated!
