Well opened my brand new centre and have been unable to get to a class due to be ridiculously busy bedding in the new project.

My friend has gone back to class, so I'm going to join her in her slimming world journey. Not sure I can commit to class at the moment, so I'm going to just buddy with my pal and hope that will give me the support I need.

In terms of weight loss, I've not lost anymore, but not put anything on so that's a bonus.

I just need to get my head in the right place to shift some weight and get my arse in gear to up my exercise.

I'm starting a fresh tommorow. Wish me luck.
