Question regarding WI

I do the same - for two reasons!

Firstly, I go from work to WI, via picking up my hubby. So it's an hour from when I finish work to when I get to my CDC, so if I didn't stop drinking water an hour before finishing work, I'd be busting to go on the journey!

But, I also believe it does make you weigh heavier, I have always been the same whatever diet I do - it's probably nonsense really, but I still do it! x

Yes I used to stop a few hours before as it can affect your weigh in. As long as you are consistent though, ie if you have always drunk right up to your weigh in you will still see the losses - if that makes sense?!

i normally go from work but as i travel all over the country my world revolves around the location of service stations on the way home with all this extra water i'm taking so thinking of my pattern i'll have 2 cups of peppermint tea in the morning (one in the house and one in the thermal mug for the journey) will but a litre of water in the day which i drink during my visits then won't drink anything until after my weigh in or until i get home other wise it could have a catasthophic effect!!
