Hey guys,

I did a week of LL Refreshers (just shakes alone, no bars even!), but I'm finding it very difficult.. And I was figuring since my BMI is 26 anyway and I only have about a stone or so to go, I may as well stop torturing myself and do Lighter Life Lite.

I have a couple of questions, so that I have a rough guideline...

How many veggies/salad do you personally allow yourself per day? Do you treat it as an unlimited resource (within reason) or do you have a structure?
Apart from that, any tasty tips to share? Recipes? :D

Hi Minerva,

I think as a rough guidleine they say a bowlful of veg but there is no limit as such. Our counsellor said it's best to eat them with your meal rather than snack on them through the day as you shouldn't be hungry in ketosis and the desire to eat isn't hunger it's a sign of some emotional need which you will look at in your meetings. On desperate days I do munch through obscene amounts of veg though as it's better than going completely off track!
